Please see our ingredients page. We keep this as up to date as we can, but please note that sometimes our suppliers change the ingredients.
Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the product information provided, products and their ingredients may change.
Sweet Day is unable to accept liability for any incorrect information.
It depends how many orders we have! We'll dispatch as soon as possible, usually within 3-4 days. Please allow up to 7 days for processing during busy periods.
The delivery time given at checkout reflects the time it will take to ship to you after the order has been processed.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your package is shipped. Please keep in mind that orders are generally not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that candies may melt in warmer weather. Sweet Day is not responsible for melted candy during transit. We recommend adding our ice pack and insulated box liner for orders placed when it's hot out. We're shipping out from New York.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and updated shipping address when placing an order. If an order is returned to Sweet Day due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the order resent.
Sweet Day is not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipping, nor for orders marked as delivered according to tracking information but reported as missing or stolen. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery location is secure.

We only ship within the US at this time.
We ask that you be aware that our candy may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, wheat, eggs, tree nuts, soybeans, sulfites, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.
Ingredients can be found here, but please note that the lack of an ingredient does not mean that the item has not come into contact with an allergen.
All sales are final.
Our candy is perishable, and because of this we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.

Please keep in mind that the texture or flavor of a candy isn’t considered a defect. Some of these flavors or textures are unique. We work hard to keep our candy fresh, and we monitor our inventory to ensure quality. Because of this, we can’t offer refunds if the texture or flavor isn’t to your liking.
Also, Sweet Day isn’t responsible for candy that melts during transit, so be sure to consider the weather when you place your order!
